UNO-KI ORGANIC & AUTHENTIC RESTAURANT (BINANGONAN RIZAL)

Uno-Ki restaurant bringing the Tokyo feels to Binangonan Rizal.

UNO-KI comes from the word UNOKI which means, "street" in  Ibaraki in Japan because the restaurant's owner wanted to use a street name from Japan since she stayed there for almost 20 years.

Mrs. Isolde Mechilina, the owner or Uno-Ki Restaurant lived in Japan and because of that, she learned a lot of things about Japan, specially the foods. She personally make the recipe of their foods and use Japanese ingredients that makes their dishes authentic.

The place is Japanese style. It's not that big but enough to accommodate group of customers.

When you enter the place, you can feel the cozy ambiance, the Japanese style of course, the displays and the interior are all amazing.

While waiting for your orders, they will serve you a cup of cold tea.

They offer lemon iced-tea which is color blue so it really looks cute.

The typical atste of lemon iced-tea.

Kani Salad

Karage

This is actually my most favorite among all of the dishes that I tried. Their karage is a must try plus it's only P48 pesos. Imagine that! It's cheap in price but dang, the taste is an A++

Tonkatsu Sandwich

This is perfect for to-go meal. It's really heavy and I love the fillings/sauce inside which made the sandwich more delicious.

Tempura with veggies

It amazed me how they cope up with the idea of putting veggies in their Tempura serving. It was serve with veggies (eggplant slice, carrot slice, okra, kamote slice, etc.) which is coated like Tempura. It is also serve with the original Tempura sauce.

And last but not the least, their signature, the RAMEN!

Tonkatsu Ramen

Dang! This is a must try ramen! They offer solo and big size of it, literally a big bowl of Ramen. The toppings, the seasoning are just great. I can't get enough with the soup's taste and I want to try it again and again.
