Sibyullee (Ayala Malls 30th, Pasig)

Sibyullee (Ayala Malls 30th, Pasig)

Samgyupsal everywhere, but what makes you decide to dine in a specific samgyupsal place? There are lot of samgyupsal place, not only in Metro Manila but also in provinces.

Korea's famous samgyupsal or pork belly caught the heart of many Filipinos.

Sibyullee is one of samgyupsal place around Metro. We had the chance to dine in here and there are lot of things I wanteed to say about this samgyupsal place.

Flavors of Seoul, Sibyullee

The interior. What ore can I say? The place looks classy but have the comfortable feels. The plants, the wall decorations makes the whole place like a place that you can calm, rest and enjoy your foods.

The place is really spacious. They can accommodate numerous of customers. They also have their tables and chairs outside of the restaurant where you can also dine-in. One great thing about it, is that, even if you opted to dine-in outside, you won't feel outcast. They maintain the plants as their wall decorations that makes it lively.

Sibyullee offers 12 kinds of meats. Imagine that? They call it, 12 flavors of Seoul by Sibyullee. I never imagined having more than 10 choices.

PORK

Samgyupsal

Soy Garlic Samgyupsal

Sweet & Spicy Bulgogi

Spicy Pork Bulgogi

Chili Bean Samgyupsal

BEEF

Woo Samgyup

Yangnyeom Woo Samgyup

Marinated Bulgogi

CHICKEN

Salt & Pepper Chicken

Spicy Chicken

Spicy Korean Fried Chicken

Soy Garlic Korean Fried Chicken

My top pick for all their meat flavors are the Marinated Bulgogi and Sweet & Spicy Bulgogi. Believe me but it's my first time to try a Marinated Bulgogi in a samgyupsal place and it never fails my taste buds.

Eating samgyupsal will never be complete without the side dishes.

Pickled Radish

Mashed Sweet Potato

Korean Pancake

Crunchy Salad

Kimchi

Steamed Egg

What I noticed about Sibyullee is that, even they offer minimal number of side dishes, it won't affect on how you can enjoy your foods because of other dishes that they serve.

Korean Seafood Pancake

Kimbap

Almost all their foods tastes good and I love how it taste like an authentic Korean flavors.

Milk Tea Project (Cubao, QC)

Milk Tea Project (Cubao, QC)

We all know how "in" milk tea is, nowadays. It's a hit and most of the new cafes are selling Milk Tea, or make it as their main menu.

The Milk Tea Project is one of those cafes. They literally offer milk teas, coming from the name of the business.

The interior of the place was chosen by the owner of this franchise branch at Cubao, QC. Pink theme with flowers are eye catching. It gives a brighter aura and good vibes feels of the whole place.

Plus the real plants and flowers decoration, it gives more positive aura.

This is the spot where you can take a picture and use this wall as your background. This is where you can sit while waiting for your take-out orders, or waiting for an available table.

The Milk Tea Project, Cubao branch, is an instagrammable place, a place where you can hang out, a place where you can study or spend time alone while sipping your favorite milk tea.

One thing you will love from it is that, they have a lot of flavors and varieties. They almost have it all!

Milk Tea
Fruit Tea
Milo Series
Smoothies
Rock Salt Cream Cheese Series

And you know what's more amazing? Their Milk Tea is not that pricey. It's actually cheap compare to others. It's favorable to those people who drink Milk Tea everyday.

Menu, with the flavors, sizes, and ad-on prices.

"Lasang sosyal sa presyong hindi mahal."

That's the tagline I got from the owner of this branch. It's actually true. The taste, the cup presentation and design or label, the add-on, the flavors are all great. With it's lower price, you an enjoy a high quality Milk Tea that you will surely love.

These are some of their flavors that we tried;

Macha Cream Cheese

Winter Melon Cream Cheese

Mango Graham Smoothie

Dark Chocolate with Rock Salt Cream Cheese

Lychee Fruit Tea with Lychee Popping Boba

Oreo Cheese Cream

I wanted to rank them but it's too hard for me because all of these tastes great and would want try again next time.

But well, if I really need to mention the top 1 for me, it will be their Dark Chocolate with Rock Salt Cream Cheese. You must try it. Ugh, I just love how it taste!

Some of you still consider the sweetness of the Milk Tea that you will drink, but for The Milk Tea Project, you can choose your sugar level from 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%. Great, right?
