Honestly, this is the first time that I tried a peruvian chicken and I can assure you, you'll miss a half of your life not tasting this specially if you're a chicken lover. Dang! So soft and juicy. You can really taste the peruvian style.
You don't need to go to Peru just to taste this. It's here in the Philippines and Chikos brought it here.
They have a big serving of it. A whole chicken with rice and salad as side dish. Just perfect!

It really tastes good with the peruvian chicken. I recommend you to choose this rice over plain rice when you eat at Chikos.
